Many of us met through Team in Training for the New Balance 1/2 Iron Triathlon in June '08. 2010 is the year of IM Canada for some of us. This is a place for us to stay connected as we continue to train and race.

Rock n Roll!
Congratulations to all of you who ran the rock n rol marathon yesturday! What a beautiful day for a race. I hope everyone had a great race and enjoyed themselves. Miss you all - and am looking forward to training with you for San Fran.
