Many of us met through Team in Training for the New Balance 1/2 Iron Triathlon in June '08. 2010 is the year of IM Canada for some of us. This is a place for us to stay connected as we continue to train and race.

Saturday July 11 - Run at Lake Youngs
I will be running around Lake Youngs (clockwise) on Saturday 11 July. Val will be there and Debi too (right Debi?) I would like to start at 8.30.
If STP wasn't this saturday, I would be there. But I am driving a support vehicle for my dad and brother in law. Have fun! Val - hope you will be joining us for more runs - miss you!
I am in but like counter clockwise for the Lake - hmm decisions decisions. See you tomorrow. Val, Jeff Russell and Gwen are coming - see you all tomorrow. My house is close if you need a restroom or anything!

I am fine with switching to counterclockwise! It will be a new perpective on things
Clockwise is the way to go... those last two miles of rollers are a real test!
