Many of us met through Team in Training for the New Balance 1/2 Iron Triathlon in June '08. 2010 is the year of IM Canada for some of us. This is a place for us to stay connected as we continue to train and race.

Sunday run at Lake Youngs
I'm planning on running one loop of Lake Youngs this Sunday (9/27) if you'd like to join me. Shall we say 9am?
