Many of us met through Team in Training for the New Balance 1/2 Iron Triathlon in June '08. 2010 is the year of IM Canada for some of us. This is a place for us to stay connected as we continue to train and race.

11 miles on Friday, November 7
Hello, mighty Team Austin! I will be out of town in Las Vegas next weekend and am planning on doing my longer weekend run (11 miles) on Friday morning. Anyone interested in running around 8:30 or 9am on Friday?
If it were any other Friday, I could. :( Scott's mom and aunt are in town this week. I had to change up my telework schedule so I could see them. Hope you can find company!
