Not only is next week thanksgiving but it is also the seattle half marathon - which we are all ready for..... especially after our 14 or more mile run last week!!
Monday 645 - greenlake
1 mile warm up
3 X 1 mile at 1-2 minutes faster then race pace with rest periods
1 mile cool down
Thursday - Thanksgiving
Sara and Barb were interested in a morning run that day - anyone else interested in joining them?
Friday
I plan on running 7 miles - anyone want to join me?
Saturday - NO RUNNING!
Sunday - Seattle half marathon
This calls for a celebration!
Would be kinda nice to find a pre race spot to meet ( moral support)
Post race - the TNT table is always a good spot to meet unless anyone has another suggestion.
Brunch/lunch suggestions for afterwards....anyone? I thought maybe Buckley's - but taking suggestions - and this is for us and any of our friends/family joining us that day.

I'm not running the Seattle half this year but will be there as a cheerleader and to join in the post-race celebration! I'd love to meet up pre-race and would be happy to drop off clothes bags, etc. If the weather is less than desirable, it's nice to have those warm clothes on until the last minute...
Oh, and I'm out of town Wed - Sat so no group runs for me after Monday's.
I would love to run on thanksgiving but may do Lake Young as I will be heading to Oregon. Anyone up for Lake Young on Thanksgiving - let me know. Buckley's was uber fun last year and they have killer Bloody Mary's and great comfort food. TNT Booth is a great regroup spot for immediately after the run. Save me a place at Buckley's as I don't want you all to wait for my "I haven't ran in 2 weeks and think I can run a half marathon" attempt!!

Hi, everyone. I am running the 1/2 and live right near the Space Needle. We could meet up at my house. I am up for Buckley's afterward too.
I haven't signed up yet, but I'm planning to run the 1/2. Don't know where Buckley's is, but it sounds good.
When is are you guys planning to go to the expo/packet pick-up. I'm planning to go Friday. Anyone want to meet for lunch or cocktails/dinner?
