Is anyone planning on going to greenlake tonight 645? Either speed work or lap around the lake? I want to run with y'all tonight, but if no one is going to greenlake - i will stay on the eastside. Lee do you need a carpool?

Sorry but I need to run at lunch today instead of this evening. I have to do some baking tonight for a work meeting tomorrow...
I can't make Thursday night either, but do plan to do the early run and trail game on Saturday.

My schedule is a little more solidified so I think I now know my Captain Jack's/Austin balance.
I will be swimming on Monday nights from now on. I will probably sporadically be with you on Thursdays and most if not all Saturdays.
Ironman Andrew, you could run with us of Monday nights, then go to swim afterward :) It would be perfect dual training....I bet Lauren would agree.

Melinda - we will see you at Fort dent at 630!! Even if just to laugh at my atempt to run after working an 80hour week. You know you want to run. If I can do it - so can you.
