Many of us met through Team in Training for the New Balance 1/2 Iron Triathlon in June '08. 2010 is the year of IM Canada for some of us. This is a place for us to stay connected as we continue to train and race.

Deb & I are riding Sat 9 am - 50 miles (kent/black diamond/ravensdale) starting at cycle therapy in Kent
