meet at Debi's
We will ride (miles - route tbd), then park our bikes in her garage and run around Lake Youngs (9 miles)
Remember - what doesn't kill you makes you stronger!

I would like to come but don't know where Deb lives. Lee, can we carpool? You can text me tonight, and I will check the blog early tomorrow morning too. If I don't manage to hook up with you guys, have a great ride and run!
