Many of us met through Team in Training for the New Balance 1/2 Iron Triathlon in June '08. 2010 is the year of IM Canada for some of us. This is a place for us to stay connected as we continue to train and race.

Merry Christmas!
I hope everyone has a great holiday, and stays safe. Anyone in town and up for a run on saturday - if it's true and the snow is gone by then? Or at least the roads are clear..... Merry Christmas everyone!
Hello everyone! Sorry to be such a stranger to the blog. I have been fighting a nasty cough. I am headed to sunny Newport Beach, CA from Thursday - Sunday. I look forward to getting back into our schedule next week.
Andrew and I are flying to the east coast tomorrow (weather on both coasts permitting), but are looking forward to meeting up with the group again next week. We will be back in town on Sunday night.
I am up for an outside run. The weather will be warmer then and we'll likely have rain. I'm looking forward to getting out for a run, it's been way too long.
