Monday night?
Hello! I am back in Seattle, almost recovered from my evil cold and ready to run. Green Lake at 6:45pm tomorrow?
A New Years Day run sounds great. Last year I ran in West Seattle and it was awesome. I need to run at least 17 this weekend. I have not gone beyond 15 yet. Any ideas on location?

i'm out for all mondays. I start my new schedual this week - but will still be able to do thurs and saturdays.
I'm out tonight also, but I'm up for a morning run on New Year's Day and a long run (13 miles) this weekend.

I will not be there tonight as I already ran today...and I can make no promises for New Year's Day, but am in for a 13 mile run on Saturday.
