Many of us met through Team in Training for the New Balance 1/2 Iron Triathlon in June '08. 2010 is the year of IM Canada for some of us. This is a place for us to stay connected as we continue to train and race.

Who's on for Thursday?
Just want to make sure there will be people to run with on Thursday evening... who's in?
I think I'm going to be a wimp. I'm still at work and litterally have not eaten since a roll at a 10AM meeting--not my usual style. You all know how much I love to eat.
